NOTABLE CASES:

  • Successfully represented President Trump in a civil case filed against him, Castro v. Donald J. Trump, et al., Civil Case No. 4:23-CV-556-Y, in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Fort Worth Division, in which the case was dismissed with Prejudice.

  • Crider v. United States, No. 89-1380, In The Supreme Court of the United States.  At trial court in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, Corpus Christi Division, successfully represented my client in a Federal Tort Claims Act case in which my client was grievously injured by a teenage drunk driver previously released that day by U.S. Park Rangers who had him in their custody and control and negligently released him knowing he was intoxicated and high on marijuana. 

  • Part of the trial team that obtained a  Summary Judgment of Noninfringement on behalf of an alleged patent infringer in Eastman Chemical Company v. BASF, a case involving over $300 million in potential damages (the case involved a method of producing alkoxycarbonyl cyclohexeneolone).
